As an Executive Team Leader in assets protection, you will be responsible for maximizing safeness in the store. Minimizing theft and fraud, cultivating partnerships and developing a great team.. You will have three major areas of responsibility: team member management, store leadership and community service. In addition, you will be involved in recruiting and hiring, orientation and training, counseling and coaching, and on-the-job support of your team.. You will ensure great service by interacting with guests and team members. And you will strive to achieve sales goals and maintain budget controls.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills

· Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

Full time third shift position available working Sunday night through Thursday night and helping out on weekends and holidays as needed. Hours are 12-8 (midnight to 8am). On call hours every other weekend or as needed. Shelter Care is a non secure facility that houses youth aged 10-17 that are placed here through the Department of Health and Human Services. Pre-employment drug screen and Criminal background check conducted. Applicants only with clear records are considered for this position. staying awake all night

completing household cleaning

cooking and baking as needed
